1. Uphold Coach's Service and Selling Models to ensure a positive customer experience.
2. Act as a brand ambassador, creating a favorable first impression and building ongoing customer relationships.
3. Develop and implement personal sales and clienteling strategies in collaboration with the management team.
4. Stay informed about local market changes and support the execution of local sales strategies.
5. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and backroom, adhering to Coach standards.
6. Efficiently process customer transactions, including purchases, returns, and exchanges.
7. Support inventory management by replenishing stock and maintaining organizational standards.
8. Promote a team selling environment and foster teamwork and collaboration.
9. Adapt to changing business needs and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.

1. 1-3 years of sales experience in a luxury retail environment preferred.
2. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

1. Effective communication with customers and team members.
2. Ability to maneuver the sales floor and stock room efficiently.
3. Capability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
4. Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

1-3 years of previous sales experience in a luxury retail service environment is preferred.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Base pay range from $15.00 to $17.00 per hour, with potential bonus pay.
