- Develop and implement personal sales and clienteling strategies in collaboration with the management team.

- Stay informed about local market changes and support the execution of local sales strategies.
- Drive business through effective sales strategies, clienteling, and maintaining productive customer relationships.
- Provide in-depth product knowledge and communicate current pricing and promotional strategies to customers.
- Cross-sell and recommend product add-ons to meet customer needs.

- Support store operations, including inventory replenishment and cash-wrap processes.
- 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
- Proficiency in using cash register systems and basic computer skills.
- Capability to handle physical tasks, including lifting and maneuvering products.
1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
