- Uphold Coach's Service and Selling Models to ensure exceptional customer service and drive sales results.
- Create a positive first impression and build ongoing customer relationships through personalized experiences.
- Develop and implement personal sales and clienteling strategies in collaboration with the management team.
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, demonstrating selling and service expectations consistently.
- Stay informed about local market changes and support the execution of local sales strategies.
- Drive business through effective sales strategies, clienteling, and maintaining productive customer relationships.
- Communicate fashion awareness and product knowledge to build credibility as a personal fashion advisor.
- Ensure all daily operational tasks are completed in alignment with Coach standards, including maintaining the sales floor and visual merchandising.
- Support inventory processes, including replenishing stock and processing shipments.
- Efficiently handle customer transactions and support cash-wrap operations as needed.
- 1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
- Customer-focused with a dedication to meeting customer expectations.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Ability to handle ambiguity and change with ease.
1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
