1. Uphold Coach's Service and Selling Models to ensure exceptional customer service and drive sales results.
2. Create a positive first impression and build ongoing customer relationships through personalized experiences.
3. Develop and implement personal sales and clienteling strategies in collaboration with the management team.
4. Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, demonstrating selling and service expectations consistently.
5. Stay informed about local market changes and support the execution of local sales strategies.
6. Drive business through effective sales strategies, clienteling, and maintaining productive customer relationships.
7. Communicate fashion awareness and product knowledge to build credibility as a personal fashion advisor.
8. Ensure all daily operational tasks are completed in alignment with Coach standards, including maintaining the sales floor and visual merchandising.
9. Support inventory processes, including replenishing stock and processing shipments.
10. Efficiently handle customer transactions and support cash-wrap operations as needed.

1. 1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
2. Current knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.
3. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
