1. Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships with clients.
2. Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
3. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
4. Ensure the store is visually appealing and merchandise is displayed according to company standards.
5. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
6. Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.

1. Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury or fashion.
2. Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

2. Proficiency in Mandarin; English language skills are an advantage.
3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, with a preference for experience in the luxury or fashion sector.

High school diploma or equivalent required.
