1. Assist customers in locating merchandise and answering a variety of questions concerning general merchandise.
2. Maintain a high level of customer service by ensuring that customers are assisted promptly and effectively.
3. Execute merchandising and visual display directives to maintain the store's aesthetic.
4. Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash and credit card payments.
5. Participate in inventory management and stock replenishment activities.

1. Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred.
