1. Uphold Coach’s Service and Selling Models to ensure a positive customer experience.
2. Create and implement personal sales and clienteling strategies in collaboration with management.
3. Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, demonstrating selling and service expectations.
4. Stay informed about local market changes and support local sales strategies.
5. Build and maintain productive relationships with customers through effective clienteling.
6. Provide in-depth product knowledge and communicate current pricing and promotional strategies.
7. Cross-sell and recommend product add-ons to meet customer needs.
8. Manage multiple customers simultaneously and follow up to close sales.
9. Maintain store standards, including cleanliness and visual merchandising.
10. Process customer transactions efficiently and support inventory management.

1. 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail.
2. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

3. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
4. Creativity in problem-solving and sales strategies.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical demands.

1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
