- Uphold Coach's Service and Selling Models to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Develop and implement personal sales and clienteling strategies in collaboration with the management team.
- Stay informed about local market changes and support the execution of local sales strategies.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and backroom, adhering to Coach's visual merchandising standards.
- Process customer transactions efficiently, including purchases, returns, and exchanges.
- Support inventory processes by managing stock replenishment and organization.
- Promote a team selling environment and foster teamwork and collaboration.
- Adapt to changing business needs and maintain a professional demeanor.
- 1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in luxury retail.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Strong customer focus and ability to build lasting relationships.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
- Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills.
- Physical ability to maneuver sales floor and stockroom, and lift up to 50 pounds.
1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
