1. Understand organizational objectives and align decisions with company priorities.

6. Drive business through sales strategies and clienteling.
7. Create positive impressions with customers.
8. Provide in-depth product knowledge and communicate pricing strategies.
9. Cross-sell and encourage beneficial product add-ons.
10. Build lasting and loyal relationships with customers.
11. Leverage Coach’s tools and technology for clienteling efforts.
12. Promote a team selling environment.
13. Complete daily operational tasks and maintain store standards.
14. Support store inventory processes and cash-wrap operations.

1. 1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
2. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

1. Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills.
2. Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team.
3. Ability to maneuver the sales floor and stock room.
4. Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds.

1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Base pay range $16.90 to $19.00 hourly.
