1. Uphold Coach's Service and Selling Models to ensure exceptional customer service.
2. Create a positive first impression and build ongoing customer relationships through personalized experiences.
3. Develop and execute sales strategies in collaboration with the management team.
4. Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, demonstrating selling and service expectations.
5. Stay informed about local market changes and support local sales strategies.
6. Drive business through clienteling, sourcing new customers, and maintaining productive relationships.
7. Provide in-depth product knowledge and communicate current pricing and promotional strategies.
8. Cross-sell and encourage beneficial product add-ons.
9. Tailor approach to meet individual customer needs and handle multiple customers simultaneously.
10. Maintain store standards, including visual merchandising and inventory replenishment.
11. Support cash-wrap operations and efficiently process customer transactions.

1. 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail.
2. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

1. Strong knowledge of fashion trends and competition.
2. Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills.
3. Ability to communicate effectively and maneuver the sales floor.
4. Capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Base pay range $16.90 to $19.00 hourly.
