- Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and build brand loyalty.
- Assist in the merchandising and presentation of the store to enhance the customer experience.
- Support sales goals by achieving or exceeding individual sales targets.
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
- Participate in inventory management and loss prevention procedures.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
