1. Uphold Coach's Service and Selling Models to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
2. Develop and implement personal sales and clienteling strategies in collaboration with management.
3. Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, demonstrating fashion awareness and product knowledge.
4. Drive sales through strategic clienteling and relationship building with new and existing customers.
5. Maintain a clean and visually appealing sales floor in accordance with Coach standards.
6. Efficiently process customer transactions, including purchases, returns, and exchanges.
7. Support inventory management by replenishing stock and maintaining organizational standards.
8. Promote a team-oriented environment, fostering trust and collaboration among colleagues.
9. Adapt to changing business needs with a solution-oriented mindset.

1. 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail.
2. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
3. Knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape.

1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
3. Proficiency in using cash register systems and basic computer skills.
4. Adaptability and problem-solving abilities.
5. Physical ability to maneuver sales floor and lift up to 50 pounds.

1-3 years of previous sales experience in a luxury retail environment, with a strong understanding of fashion trends and competition.

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
