Coach Sales Associate

- Uphold Coach’s Service and Selling Models to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Create and implement personal sales and clienteling strategies in collaboration with the management team.
- Develop short- and long-term strategies to achieve personal sales metrics and performance goals.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, demonstrating Coach’s Selling and Service expectations.
- Adapt to changes in the local market and support the execution of local sales strategies.
- Drive business through sales strategies, clienteling, and maintaining productive customer relationships.
- Provide in-depth product knowledge and communicate current pricing and promotional strategies.
- Cross-sell and encourage beneficial product add-ons.
- Tailor approach to meet individual customer needs and manage multiple customers simultaneously.
- Maintain store standards, including visual merchandising and inventory replenishment.
- Complete daily operational tasks and adhere to retail policies and procedures.
- Support cash-wrap operations and efficiently process customer transactions.
- 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.
- Drive for results and ability to exceed goals.
- Strong customer focus and ability to build effective relationships.
- Creativity in problem-solving and idea generation.
- Interpersonal savvy with the ability to manage high-tension situations.
- Adaptability and ability to cope with ambiguity.
- Strong learning agility and perseverance.
1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Base pay range from $15.00 to $17.25 per hour.
