- Uphold Coach’s Service and Selling Models to enhance customer experience and drive results.
- Create a positive first impression and build ongoing customer relationships through personalized service.
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, demonstrating selling and service expectations consistently.
- Understand organizational objectives and align personal and store strategies accordingly.
- Engage in clienteling, sourcing new customers, and maintaining productive relationships.
- Provide in-depth product knowledge and communicate current pricing and promotional strategies.
- Support store operations, including maintaining visual merchandising and inventory replenishment.
- Efficiently process customer transactions and support cash-wrap operations as needed.
- Foster a team selling environment and contribute to a collaborative workplace culture.
- 1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Strong customer focus and ability to build effective relationships.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
- Proficiency in using cash register systems and basic computer skills.
- Physical ability to maneuver sales floor and stockroom, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Base pay range from $15.00 to $17.00 per hour.
