Coach Sales Associate

- Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service and represent the Coach brand as a knowledgeable fashion advisor.
- Drive sales and achieve personal and store metrics through clienteling, prospecting new customers and effective cross-selling.
- Develop short- and long-term personal sales strategies in partnership with store leadership and act on customer survey feedback to improve performance.
- Provide in-depth product knowledge—features, benefits, pricing and promotions—to guide customer purchase decisions.
- Operate POS and process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, found orders) accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the sales floor and stockroom are organized, replenished and presentation-ready.
- Support inventory processes: receive shipments, stock shelves, manage backroom organization and facilitate transfers.
- Adhere to retail policies and asset protection procedures while maintaining a calm, professional demeanor in high-traffic periods.
- Foster teamwork and a collaborative selling environment; welcome feedback and adapt to changing business needs.
- Work multiple customers simultaneously and follow up consistently to influence and close sales.
- 1–3 years of prior sales experience, preferably within a luxury retail or premium fashion environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and develop client relationships through consistent clienteling.
- Physical ability to perform store duties at a fast pace, including frequent lifting up to 25 lbs and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, kneeling and prolonged standing.
- Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends and holiday selling events.

1–3 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury or premium fashion environment, with demonstrated success in clienteling and meeting sales targets.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
