- Understand organizational objectives and align decisions with company priorities and values.
- Create personal sales and clienteling strategies in partnership with the management team.
- Meet customer needs through solution-oriented and forward-thinking approaches.
- Build credibility and trust as a personal fashion advisor by communicating fashion awareness and trends.
- Support the execution of local sales strategies and tactics.
- Demonstrate Coach’s Selling and Service expectations at all times.
- Influence customers’ purchase decisions by balancing patience and assertiveness.
- Take ownership and commitment for delivering results; actively aware of personal and store metrics.
- Flex personal selling techniques to contribute to overall store financial results.
- Discuss product features and build sales by suggesting appropriate add-on items.
- Work with multiple customers simultaneously and follow up consistently to influence/close sales.
- Develop product knowledge skills and remain aware of current collections.
- Drive business through sales strategies, clienteling, and maintaining ongoing productive relationships with customers.
- Ensure all daily tasks are completed without negatively impacting service or Coach standards.
- Create enthusiasm and positivity for a shared vision and mission.
- Foster an environment of teamwork, trust, and collaboration.
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador at all times.
- Complete daily operational tasks including maintaining store standards and visual merchandising.
- Adhere to all retail policies and procedures including POS, Operations, and Loss Prevention.
- 1-3 years of previous selling experience in a luxury retail service environment preferred.
- Possess current knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace.
- Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team.
- Mobility to maneuver the sales floor and stock room.
- Ability to frequently lift and carry up to five pounds and occasionally up to fifty pounds.
1-3 years of previous selling experience in a luxury retail service environment preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
