- Understand organizational objectives and align decisions with company priorities and values.
- Develop personal sales and clienteling strategies in collaboration with management.
- Meet customer needs with solution-oriented and forward-thinking approaches.
- Build credibility as a fashion advisor by communicating market trends.
- Support execution of local sales strategies by understanding market changes.

- Discuss product features and suggest add-on items to meet customer needs.
- Manage multiple customers simultaneously and follow up to close sales.
- Develop product knowledge and stay informed about current collections.
- Drive business through sales strategies, clienteling, and relationship building.
- Tailor customer approach by reading cues and building lasting relationships.
- Complete daily tasks without compromising service or Coach standards.
- 1-3 years of previous selling experience in a luxury retail environment preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team.
- Mobility to maneuver sales floor and stock room.
- Capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
1-3 years of previous selling experience in a luxury retail service environment preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
