1. Understand organizational objectives and align decisions with company priorities and values.
2. Create personal sales and clienteling strategies in partnership with the management team.
3. Meet customer needs through solution-oriented and forward-thinking approaches.
4. Build credibility and trust as a personal fashion advisor by communicating fashion awareness and trends.
5. Support the execution of local sales strategies and tactics.
6. Demonstrate Coach’s Selling and Service expectations at all times.
7. Influence customers’ purchase decisions by balancing patience and assertiveness.
8. Take ownership and commitment for delivering results; actively aware of personal and store metrics.
9. Flex personal selling techniques to contribute to overall store financial results.
10. Discuss product features and build sales by suggesting appropriate add-on items.
11. Work with multiple customers simultaneously and follow up consistently to influence/close sales.
12. Develop product knowledge skills and remain aware of current collections.
13. Drive business through sales strategies, clienteling, and maintaining ongoing productive relationships with customers.
14. Ensure all daily tasks are completed without negatively impacting service or Coach standards.
15. Create enthusiasm and positivity for a shared vision and mission.
16. Foster an environment of teamwork, trust, and collaboration.
17. Represent Coach as a brand ambassador at all times.
18. Complete daily operational tasks including maintaining store standards and visual merchandising.
19. Adhere to all retail policies and procedures including POS, Operations, and Loss Prevention.

1. 1-3 years of previous selling experience in a luxury retail service environment preferred.
2. Possess current knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace.

1. Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills.
2. Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team.
3. Mobility to maneuver the sales floor and stock room.
4. Ability to frequently lift and carry up to five pounds and occasionally up to fifty pounds.

1-3 years of previous selling experience in a luxury retail service environment preferred.

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
