1. Uphold Coach’s Service and Selling Models to ensure a positive customer experience.
2. Create and implement personal sales and clienteling strategies in collaboration with management.
3. Maintain awareness of local market changes and support the execution of local sales strategies.
4. Build and sustain ongoing customer relationships through personalized experiences.
5. Ensure daily operational tasks are completed without compromising service or brand standards.
6. Replenish inventory and maintain organizational standards on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
7. Process customer transactions efficiently, including purchases, returns, and exchanges.
8. Support cash-wrap operations and adhere to retail policies and procedures.
9. Promote a team selling environment and foster teamwork, trust, and collaboration.

1. 1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
2. Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape.

3. Interpersonal savvy to relate well to diverse individuals.
4. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.

1-3 years of sales experience in a luxury retail setting is preferred.

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Base pay range from $17.00 to $19.00 per hour.
