- Uphold Coach’s Service and Selling Models to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Create and implement personal sales and clienteling strategies in collaboration with management.
- Maintain awareness of local market changes and support the execution of local sales strategies.
- Build and sustain ongoing customer relationships through personalized experiences.
- Ensure daily operational tasks are completed without compromising service or brand standards.
- Replenish inventory and maintain organizational standards on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
- Process customer transactions efficiently, including purchases, returns, and exchanges.
- Support cash-wrap operations and adhere to retail policies and procedures.
- Promote a team selling environment and foster teamwork, trust, and collaboration.
- 1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape.
- Strong customer focus and ability to build effective relationships.
- Creativity in generating new ideas and solutions.
- Interpersonal savvy to relate well to diverse individuals.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
- Perseverance in pursuing goals and overcoming obstacles.
- Ability to handle ambiguity and change effectively.
1-3 years of sales experience in a luxury retail setting is preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Base pay range from $17.00 to $19.00 per hour.
