1. Uphold Coach's Service and Selling Models to ensure a positive customer experience.
2. Create and implement personal sales and clienteling strategies in collaboration with management.
3. Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, demonstrating selling and service expectations.
4. Understand local market changes and support the execution of sales strategies.
5. Build and maintain productive relationships with customers through personalized experiences.
6. Provide in-depth product knowledge and communicate current pricing and promotional strategies.
7. Support store operations, including inventory replenishment and visual merchandising.
8. Process customer transactions efficiently and maintain organizational standards.

1. 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail.
2. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

2. Creativity and ability to generate unique ideas.
3. Interpersonal savvy and ability to handle high-tension situations.
4. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
5. Perseverance and drive for results.

1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Base pay range from $16.50 to $18.50 per hour.
