- Engage with customers to provide a personalized shopping experience.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of Coach products and brand heritage.

- Support loss prevention initiatives and adhere to all asset protection policies.
- Proven experience in retail sales or a customer service role.
- Strong understanding of luxury fashion and brand dynamics.

At least 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or a related customer-facing role.
