- Uphold Coach's Service and Selling Models to ensure customer satisfaction and drive sales.
- Create and implement personal sales and clienteling strategies in collaboration with the management team.
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, demonstrating selling and service expectations.
- Understand and adapt to changes in the local market to support sales strategies.
- Build and maintain lasting customer relationships through personalized experiences.

- 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
- Proficiency in using cash register systems and basic computer skills.
- Ability to execute tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
