1. Uphold Coach's Service and Selling Models to ensure customer satisfaction and drive sales.
2. Create and implement personal sales and clienteling strategies in collaboration with the management team.
3. Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, demonstrating selling and service expectations.
4. Understand and adapt to changes in the local market to support sales strategies.
5. Build and maintain lasting customer relationships through personalized experiences.
6. Provide in-depth product knowledge and communicate current pricing and promotional strategies.
7. Execute daily operational tasks, including maintaining store standards and visual merchandising.
8. Support inventory processes and assist with cash-wrap operations as needed.

1. 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail.
2. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
3. Knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace.

1. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
2. Proficiency in using cash register systems and basic computer skills.
3. Ability to execute tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
4. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.

1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Base pay range from $15.00 to $20.00 per hour, with compliance to local wage laws.
