1. Drive sales through engagement with customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
2. Maintain a high level of customer service by ensuring that service standards are met and exceeded.
3. Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining the store's presentation standards.
4. Protect the store's assets through awareness of loss prevention procedures.

1. Previous experience in retail sales or a customer service role.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independently.
4. Familiarity with luxury fashion or lifestyle brands is preferred.
