- Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and build lasting relationships.
- Assist in achieving store sales goals and performance metrics.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance the store's appeal.
- Participate actively in store meetings and training sessions.
- Ensure the security and protection of store assets.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer-focused with a proactive approach to service.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and environments.
A minimum of one year of experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred.
Base pay range from $15.00 to $18.00 per hour.
