1. Engage with customers to provide an exceptional shopping experience.
2. Promote and sell Coach products to meet and exceed sales targets.
3. Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
4. Assist in merchandising and maintaining the cleanliness of the sales floor.
5. Build and maintain a loyal client base through effective communication and follow-up.
6. Support the execution of visual merchandising directives and standards.

1. Previous retail sales experience preferred.
2. Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

3. Customer service oriented with a passion for fashion and retail.
4. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

A minimum of one year of experience in a retail environment is preferred.
