Responsibilities
- Uphold Coach’s Service and Selling Models.
- Create positive first impressions and build ongoing customer relationships.
- Understand organizational objectives and align decisions with company priorities.
- Develop personal sales and clienteling strategies.
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador.
- Demonstrate selling and service expectations.
- Support local sales strategies and tactics.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
- Adhere to retail policies and procedures.
- Process customer transactions efficiently.
- Support store inventory processes.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in luxury retail.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Skills
- Knowledge of fashion trends and competition.
- Basic computer skills, including use of iPad/laptop and Mobile POS.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team.
- Ability to maneuver the sales floor and stock room.
Experience Requirements
1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
Education Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
