1. Uphold Coach's Service and Selling Models to ensure a positive customer experience.
2. Create and execute personal sales and clienteling strategies in collaboration with management.
3. Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, demonstrating selling and service expectations.
4. Adapt to changes in the local market and support the execution of sales strategies.
5. Provide in-depth product knowledge and communicate current pricing and promotional strategies.
6. Build and maintain lasting customer relationships through personalized experiences.
7. Support daily operational tasks, including maintaining store standards and visual merchandising.
8. Assist with inventory processes, including shipment processing and stock replenishment.
9. Efficiently process customer transactions, including purchases, returns, and exchanges.

1. 1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
2. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

2. Proficiency in using cash register systems and basic computer skills.
3. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to execute tasks at a fast pace and handle physical demands.

1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
