1. Engage with customers to provide an exceptional shopping experience.
2. Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
3. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
4. Assess customers' needs and provide assistance and information on product features.
5. Follow and achieve department's sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
6. Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas.
7. Actively seek out customers in store.
8. Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
9. Process POS (point of sale) purchases.
10. Cross-sell products.
11. Handle returns of merchandise.
12. Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service.
13. Build productive trust relationships with customers.

1. Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Associate, Sales Representative, or similar role.
2. Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
3. Proficiency in English.

4. Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner.

A minimum of 1 year of experience in retail sales or a related field is required.

High school diploma or equivalent.
