1. Uphold Coach's Service and Selling Models to ensure a positive first impression and build ongoing customer relationships.
2. Develop and implement personal sales and clienteling strategies in collaboration with the management team.
3. Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, demonstrating selling and service expectations consistently.
4. Stay informed about local market changes and support the execution of local sales strategies.
5. Drive business through sales strategies, clienteling, and sourcing new customers.
6. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and backroom, adhering to visual merchandising standards.
7. Efficiently process customer transactions, including purchases, returns, and exchanges.
8. Support inventory processes by replenishing stock and maintaining organizational standards.

1. 1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
2. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
