1. Deliver exceptional and authentic customer service to create a modern luxury experience.
2. Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge, staying informed about current collections both in-store and online.

1. 1-3 years of previous experience in a luxury retail environment preferred.
2. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

1. Proficiency in cash register systems and basic computer skills, including the use of iPads, laptops, Mobile POS, and the Internet.
2. Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
3. Ability to maneuver sales floor and meet moderate stockroom lifting and climbing requirements.
4. Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

1-3 years of experience in luxury retail sales preferred.

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
