Responsibilities
- Understand organizational objectives and align decisions with company priorities.
- Deliver results while being aware of personal and store metrics.
- Create and implement personal sales and clienteling strategies.
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador.
- Demonstrate Coach’s Selling and Service expectations.
- Support local sales strategies and tactics.
- Drive business through sales strategies and clienteling.
- Provide in-depth product knowledge and communicate pricing strategies.
- Cross-sell and encourage beneficial product add-ons.
- Build lasting relationships with customers.
- Promote a team selling environment.
- Complete daily operational tasks and maintain store standards.
- Support inventory processes and cash-wrap operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- 1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.

Experience Requirements
