- Uphold Coach’s Service and Selling Models, ensuring a positive first impression and personalized customer experience.
- Develop and implement sales and clienteling strategies in collaboration with the management team.
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, demonstrating selling and service expectations consistently.
- Stay informed about local market changes and support the execution of sales strategies.
- Provide in-depth product knowledge and communicate current pricing and promotional strategies.
- Cross-sell and recommend product add-ons to enhance customer shopping experience.
- Build and maintain lasting customer relationships through effective clienteling.
- Support daily operational tasks, including maintaining store standards and inventory management.
- Assist with cash-wrap operations and efficiently process customer transactions.
- Foster a team selling environment and promote a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
- 1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Strong customer focus and ability to build effective relationships.
- Creativity and ability to generate unique ideas.
- Interpersonal savvy and ability to handle high-tension situations.
- Adaptability and ability to cope with change.
- Drive for results and ability to exceed goals.
- Learning agility and openness to new challenges.
1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Base pay range from $15.00 to $17.25 per hour.
