1. Understand organizational objectives and align decisions with company priorities.
2. Take ownership of personal and store metrics, creating sales and clienteling strategies with management.
3. Develop short- and long-term strategies to achieve performance goals.
4. Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, demonstrating selling and service expectations.
5. Drive business through sales strategies, clienteling, and maintaining customer relationships.
6. Provide in-depth product knowledge and communicate current pricing and promotional strategies.
7. Cross-sell and encourage beneficial product add-ons.
8. Foster teamwork, trust, and collaboration with internal and external customers.
9. Complete daily operational tasks, including maintaining sales floor and visual merchandising.
10. Adhere to retail policies and procedures, including POS and asset protection.
11. Support store inventory processes and cash-wrap operations.

1. 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail.
2. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

1. Drive for results and ability to exceed goals.
2. Strong fashion awareness and knowledge of competition.
3. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to adapt to changing business needs.
5. Proficiency in cash register systems and basic computer skills.

1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
