- Understand organizational objectives and align decisions with company priorities.
- Take ownership of personal and store metrics, creating sales and clienteling strategies.
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and demonstrate selling and service expectations.
- Drive business through sales strategies, clienteling, and maintaining customer relationships.
- Provide in-depth product knowledge and communicate pricing and promotional strategies.
- Cross-sell and encourage beneficial product add-ons.
- Support store operations, including inventory replenishment and visual merchandising.
- Adhere to retail policies and procedures, including POS and asset protection.
- Support cash-wrap processes and efficiently handle customer transactions.
- 1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace.
- Drive for results and ability to exceed goals.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
- Adaptability and flexibility to changing business needs.
- Effective communication skills with customers and team.
1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
