1. Uphold Coach’s Service and Selling Models to ensure a positive customer experience.
2. Create and implement personal sales and clienteling strategies in collaboration with management.
3. Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, demonstrating selling and service expectations.
4. Stay informed about local market changes and support local sales strategies.
5. Build and maintain productive relationships with customers through effective clienteling.
6. Provide comprehensive product knowledge and communicate current pricing and promotional strategies.
7. Execute cross-selling techniques and encourage beneficial product add-ons.
8. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and backroom, adhering to Coach standards.
9. Process customer transactions efficiently, including purchases, returns, and exchanges.
10. Support inventory processes, including replenishing sales floor stock and processing shipments.

1. 1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
2. Current knowledge of fashion trends and competition.

1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
3. Proficiency in using cash register systems and basic computer skills.
4. Adaptability and problem-solving abilities.

1-3 years of previous sales experience in a luxury retail service environment is required.

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Base pay range from $15.00 to $17.00 per hour.
