1. Engage with customers to provide an exceptional shopping experience.
2. Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
3. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
4. Assess customers' needs and provide assistance and information on product features.
5. Process POS (point of sale) purchases.
6. Cross-sell products and introduce new ones.
7. Handle returns of merchandise.
8. Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service.
9. Build productive trust relationships with customers.

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Associate or similar role.

1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Customer service focus.
3. Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
4. Proficiency in English.
5. Solid communication and interpersonal skills.

Previous experience in retail sales or a related field is required.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Base pay range from $18.00 to $22.00 per hour.
