- Develop and implement personal sales and clienteling strategies in collaboration with management.
- Meet customer needs with a solution-oriented approach, demonstrating fashion awareness and market trends.
- Build credibility as a personal fashion advisor and influence customer purchase decisions.
- Maintain awareness of local market changes and support the execution of local sales strategies.
- Create positive customer impressions through sophisticated business attire and adherence to Coach's style guide.
- Demonstrate Coach’s Selling and Service expectations consistently.
- Take ownership of personal and store metrics, contributing to financial results.
- Engage in persuasive, confident, and genuine service skills and selling behaviors.
- Discuss product features and suggest appropriate add-ons to meet customer needs.
- Manage multiple customers simultaneously and follow up consistently to close sales.
- Develop product knowledge and remain informed about current collections and competition.
- Drive business through sales strategies, clienteling, and maintaining customer relationships.
- Complete daily operational tasks, including maintaining store standards and visual merchandising.
- Adhere to retail policies and procedures, including POS, Operations, and Loss Prevention.
- Utilize Coach’s tools and technology to support relationship building and achieve sales goals.
- Replenish inventory and process shipments as needed.
- 1-3 years of previous selling experience in a luxury retail service environment preferred.
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in using cash register systems and basic computer skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
1-3 years of previous selling experience in a luxury retail service environment is preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Base pay range from $15.00 to $19.00 per hour.
