- Drive business through sales strategies, clienteling, and maintaining customer relationships.
- Ensure all daily tasks are completed without negatively impacting service or standards.

- Maintain a calm and professional demeanor at all times.
- Complete daily operational tasks including maintaining store standards and visual merchandising.
- Adhere to all retail policies and procedures.
- 1-3 years of previous selling experience in a luxury retail service environment preferred.
- Possess current knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace.
- Knowledge of cash register systems.
- Basic computer skills, including the ability to use iPad/laptop and Mobile POS.
- Effective communication with customers and team.
- Ability to maneuver the sales floor and stock room.
- Capability to lift and carry up to fifty pounds.
1-3 years of previous selling experience in a luxury retail service environment preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Base pay range $15.00 to $19.00 hourly.
