Responsibilities
- Understand organizational objectives and align decisions with company priorities.

- Support local sales strategies and tactics.

- Create positive impressions with customers.
- Build credibility as a personal fashion advisor.
- Provide in-depth product knowledge.
- Communicate current pricing and promotional strategies.
- Cross-sell and encourage beneficial product add-ons.
- Tailor approach to customers’ needs.
- Work with multiple customers simultaneously.
- Follow up with customers to influence/close sales.
- Build lasting relationships with customers.
- Leverage Coach’s tools and technology for clienteling.
- Promote a team selling environment.
- Foster teamwork, trust, and collaboration.
- Adapt to changing business and store needs.
- Maintain a calm and professional demeanor.
- Complete daily operational tasks and maintain store standards.
- Replenish inventory and support store inventory processes.
- Process customer transactions efficiently.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in luxury retail.
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competition.

Experience Requirements
