Coach Sales Associate

- Uphold Coach's Service and Selling Models to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
- Create a positive first impression and build ongoing customer relationships through personalized service.
- Develop and implement personal sales and clienteling strategies in collaboration with management.
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, demonstrating selling and service expectations consistently.
- Stay informed about local market changes and support the execution of local sales strategies.
- Drive business through effective sales strategies, clienteling, and customer relationship management.
- Maintain a professional appearance in line with Coach's Guide to Style.
- Provide comprehensive product knowledge and communicate current pricing and promotional strategies.
- Cross-sell and recommend additional products based on customer needs.
- Manage multiple customers simultaneously and tailor approaches to individual shopping needs.
- Consistently follow up with customers to close sales and build loyalty.
- Utilize Coach's tools and technology to support relationship building and clienteling efforts.
- Promote a team selling environment and foster teamwork and collaboration.
- Complete daily operational tasks, including maintaining store standards and visual merchandising.
- Adhere to retail policies and procedures, including POS and Asset Protection protocols.
- Replenish inventory and support store inventory processes efficiently.
- 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail.
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Drive for results and ability to exceed goals.
- Strong customer focus and relationship-building skills.
- Creativity and ability to generate unique ideas.
- Interpersonal savvy and ability to build rapport.
- Adaptability and ability to learn quickly.
- Perseverance and energy to pursue goals.
- Ability to handle ambiguity and change effectively.
1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
