1. Engage customers using the Coach Experience Service expectation and selling behaviors
2. Interact genuinely and naturally with customers
3. Maintain accuracy when operating POS systems and adhere to Coach cash handling policy
4. Ensure accurate email/name and data capture where permitted by law
5. Uphold proper phone etiquette when answering store calls
6. Drive conversion through client engagement and omni-channel selling techniques
7. Support back-of-house tasks as needed
8. Represent the Coach brand appropriately

1. Basic computer skills
2. Ability to execute tasks at a fast pace
3. Attention to detail and accuracy
4. Physical ability to climb, bend, and kneel
5. Flexibility to meet Coach scheduling expectations, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
