1. Drive sales through engagement with customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
2. Maintain an awareness of all promotions and advertisements.
3. Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping.
4. Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise and monitoring floor stock.
5. Aid customers in locating merchandise.
6. Communicate customer requests to management.
7. Participate in year-end inventory and cycle counts.
8. Assist in ringing up sales at registers and/or bagging merchandise.

1. High school diploma or equivalent required.
2. Previous retail experience preferred.

1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
3. Proficiency in basic math and cash handling.
4. Customer service orientation.

A minimum of one year of retail sales experience is preferred.
