- Discuss product features and suggest appropriate add-on items to meet customer needs.

- Drive business through sales strategies, clienteling, and maintaining productive customer relationships.
- Foster an environment of teamwork, trust, and collaboration with peers and customers.
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador at all times.
- Complete daily operational tasks including maintaining store standards and visual merchandising.
- Adhere to all retail policies and procedures including POS, Operations, and Loss Prevention.
- Leverage Coach’s tools and technology to support relationship building and clienteling efforts.
- 1-3 years of previous selling experience in a luxury retail service environment preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills.
- Effective communication with customers and team.
- Ability to maneuver the sales floor and stock room.
- Capability to lift and carry up to fifty pounds.
1-3 years of previous selling experience in a luxury retail service environment preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Starting pay at $15.00 per hour.
