1. Uphold Coach's Service and Selling Models to ensure a positive customer experience.
2. Create and implement personal sales and clienteling strategies in collaboration with management.
3. Maintain awareness of personal and store metrics to drive results.
4. Act as a brand ambassador, demonstrating Coach's Selling and Service expectations.
5. Adapt to changes in the local market and support local sales strategies.
6. Build and maintain productive relationships with customers through personalized experiences.
7. Provide in-depth product knowledge and communicate current pricing and promotional strategies.
8. Cross-sell and recommend product add-ons to meet customer needs.
9. Support daily operational tasks, including maintaining store standards and visual merchandising.
10. Assist with inventory processes, including shipment processing and stock replenishment.
11. Efficiently process customer transactions and support cash-wrap operations as needed.

1. 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail.
2. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

3. Interpersonal savvy to build effective relationships.
4. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.

1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
