Coach Sales Associate

- Uphold Coach's Service and Selling Models to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales results.
- Create a positive first impression and build ongoing customer relationships through personalized experiences.
- Develop and execute personal sales and clienteling strategies in collaboration with the management team.
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, demonstrating selling and service expectations consistently.
- Stay informed about local market changes and support the execution of local sales strategies.
- Maintain product knowledge and communicate current pricing and promotional strategies to customers.
- Engage in cross-selling and suggest beneficial product add-ons to enhance customer shopping experience.
- Support daily operational tasks, including maintaining store standards, cash wrap, and visual merchandising.
- Assist with inventory processes, including shipment processing and stock replenishment.
- Efficiently process customer transactions, including purchases, returns, and exchanges.
- Promote a team selling environment and foster teamwork and collaboration with internal and external customers.
- Adapt to changing business and store needs, maintaining a solution-oriented approach.
- 1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace.
- Drive for results and ability to exceed sales goals.
- Strong customer focus and ability to build effective relationships.
- Creativity in generating new ideas and solutions.
- Interpersonal savvy and ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
- Perseverance in pursuing goals despite obstacles.
- Ability to cope with ambiguity and change.
1-3 years of previous sales experience in a luxury retail service environment is required.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
