1. Deliver exceptional and authentic customer service to create a modern luxury shopping experience.
2. Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge, staying informed about current collections both in-store and online.
3. Achieve and surpass sales targets through strategic clienteling, sourcing new customers, and nurturing long-term relationships with existing clients.
4. Foster an environment of teamwork, trust, and collaboration among peers, customers, and supervisors.
5. Establish credibility as a personal stylist and fashion expert by staying abreast of market competition, industry trends, and customer shopping behaviors.

1. 1-3 years of previous experience in a luxury retail service environment is preferred.
2. High school diploma or equivalent is required; a college degree is preferred.
3. Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including the use of iPads, laptops, Mobile POS, and the Internet.
4. Effective communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to engage with customers and team members.
5. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Base pay range of $15 to $19 per hour.
