- Uphold Coach’s Service and Selling Models to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Create positive first impressions and build ongoing customer relationships through personalized experiences.
- Develop and execute personal sales and clienteling strategies in collaboration with the management team.
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, demonstrating selling and service expectations.
- Understand local market changes and support the execution of local sales strategies.
- Drive business through sales strategies, clienteling, and maintaining productive customer relationships.
- Provide in-depth product knowledge and communicate current pricing and promotional strategies.
- Cross-sell and encourage beneficial product add-ons to meet customer needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized selling floor and adhere to retail policies and procedures.
- Support store operations, including inventory management and cash-wrap processes.
- Weekend availability preferred.
- Ability to work 4 to 19 hours per week.
- Strong customer focus and ability to build effective relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs and environments.
- Proficiency in leveraging technology for clienteling and relationship building.
- Capability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
