1. Uphold Coach's Service and Selling Models to ensure a positive customer experience.
2. Develop and implement personal sales and clienteling strategies in collaboration with the management team.
3. Stay informed about local market changes and support the execution of local sales strategies.
4. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and backroom, adhering to visual merchandising standards.
5. Process customer transactions efficiently, including purchases, returns, and exchanges.
6. Support store inventory processes, including shipment processing and stock replenishment.
7. Promote a team selling environment and foster teamwork and collaboration.
8. Adapt to changing business needs and maintain a professional demeanor.
9. Utilize Coach's tools and technology for relationship building and clienteling.

1. 1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
2. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

1. Strong knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.
2. Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills.
3. Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
4. Physical ability to maneuver sales floor and stock room, including lifting up to 50 pounds.

1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
