Coach Sales Associate

- Drive sales through engagement with customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
- Maintain a high level of customer service by ensuring that customers are acknowledged in a friendly and timely manner.
- Assist in the maintenance of store presentation according to visual merchandising standards.
- Protect the assets of the store through adherence to all loss prevention policies.
- Support the execution of brand initiatives and promotions.
- Previous retail experience preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using retail software and point-of-sale systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a retail sales environment is preferred.
