- Engage with customers to provide an exceptional shopping experience and meet sales goals.
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
- Assist in merchandising and maintaining the presentation of the store.
- Participate in inventory management and loss prevention activities.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store objectives and support brand initiatives.
- Previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury or fashion environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
