Coach Sales Associate

- Uphold Coach's Service and Selling Models, ensuring a positive first impression and fostering ongoing customer relationships.
- Understand organizational objectives and align decisions with company priorities.
- Develop and implement personal sales and clienteling strategies in collaboration with the management team.
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, demonstrating selling and service expectations consistently.
- Stay informed about local market changes and support the execution of local sales strategies.
- Drive business through sales strategies, clienteling, and maintaining productive customer relationships.
- Provide in-depth product knowledge and communicate current pricing and promotional strategies.
- Support store operations, including inventory replenishment, visual merchandising, and cash-wrap processes.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and backroom, adhering to Coach standards.
- Foster a team selling environment and collaborate effectively with internal and external customers.
- 1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace.
