- Uphold Coach’s Service and Selling Models.
- Create positive first impressions and build ongoing customer relationships.
- Understand organizational objectives and align decisions with company priorities.
- Develop personal sales and clienteling strategies.
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and communicate pricing and promotional strategies.
- Cross-sell and encourage beneficial product add-ons.
- Maintain store operations, including inventory replenishment and visual merchandising.
- Support cash-wrap processes and customer transactions.

- 1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
