1. Uphold Coach’s Service and Selling Models to ensure a positive customer experience.
2. Create personalized customer interactions to build lasting relationships.
3. Develop and implement sales strategies in collaboration with management.
4. Maintain awareness of local market changes and adapt sales tactics accordingly.
5. Provide in-depth product knowledge and communicate current pricing and promotional strategies.
6. Support store operations including inventory management and visual merchandising.
7. Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately.
8. Foster a team-oriented environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues.

1. 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail.
2. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

1. Strong customer focus with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to adapt to changing business needs and work in a fast-paced environment.
4. Proficiency in using technology such as cash register systems and mobile POS.
5. Physical ability to maneuver sales floor and stockroom, including lifting up to 50 pounds.

1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably within a luxury retail service environment.

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
