Coach Sales Associate

- Uphold Coach's Service and Selling Models to ensure exceptional customer service and drive sales results.
- Create a positive first impression and build ongoing customer relationships through personalized experiences.
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, demonstrating selling and service expectations consistently.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and clienteling techniques in collaboration with the management team.
- Maintain awareness of local market changes and support the execution of local sales strategies.
- Provide in-depth product knowledge and communicate current pricing and promotional strategies to customers.
- Cross-sell and recommend product add-ons that meet customer needs.
- Complete daily operational tasks, including maintaining store standards and visual merchandising.
- Adhere to retail policies and procedures, including POS and asset protection.
- Support inventory processes and cash-wrap operations as needed.
- 1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.
- Strong customer focus and ability to build effective relationships.
- Creativity and originality in idea generation.
- Interpersonal savvy and ability to handle high-tension situations diplomatically.
- Adaptability and ability to learn quickly in changing environments.
- Perseverance and drive to achieve results.
1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
