1. Uphold Coach's Service and Selling Models to ensure a superior customer experience.
2. Act as a brand ambassador, creating a positive first impression and fostering ongoing customer relationships.
3. Develop and implement personal sales strategies in collaboration with management to achieve performance goals.
4. Maintain awareness of local market trends and adapt sales tactics accordingly.
5. Provide comprehensive product knowledge and communicate current pricing and promotional strategies.

8. Support inventory processes, including replenishment and stock organization.
9. Assist with cash-wrap duties, processing transactions accurately and efficiently.

1. 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail.
2. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
3. Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape.

1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
3. Proficiency in using cash register systems and basic computer skills.
4. Adaptability and problem-solving abilities.
5. Physical capability to maneuver sales floor and stockroom, including lifting up to 50 pounds.

1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
