- Uphold Coach's Service and Selling Models to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Create positive first impressions and build ongoing customer relationships through personalized service.
- Develop and implement personal sales and clienteling strategies in collaboration with the management team.
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, demonstrating selling and service expectations consistently.
- Stay informed about local market changes and support the execution of local sales strategies.
- Drive business through sales strategies, clienteling, and maintaining productive customer relationships.
- Provide in-depth product knowledge and communicate current pricing and promotional strategies.
- Cross-sell and recommend product add-ons to meet customer needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and backroom, adhering to Coach standards.
- Efficiently process customer transactions and support cash-wrap operations as needed.
- Participate in store inventory processes, including shipment processing and stock replenishment.
- Promote a team selling environment and foster teamwork, trust, and collaboration.
- 1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace.
- Strong customer focus and ability to build effective relationships.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Creativity and ability to generate unique ideas.
- Adaptability and ability to cope with change and ambiguity.
- Drive for results and perseverance in achieving goals.
1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Base pay range $15.00 to $17.00 hourly.
