1. Uphold Coach’s Service and Selling Models to deliver exceptional customer service.
2. Create positive first impressions and build ongoing customer relationships through personalized experiences.
3. Develop and implement sales strategies in collaboration with the management team to achieve personal and store performance goals.
4. Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, demonstrating the brand's values and style.
5. Stay informed about local market changes and support the execution of local sales strategies.
6. Utilize cross-selling techniques to enhance customer shopping experiences and drive sales.
7. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and backroom in accordance with Coach standards.
8. Efficiently process customer transactions and manage inventory replenishment.

1. 1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
2. Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape.

3. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
4. Proficiency in using cash register systems and basic computer skills.
5. Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting and maneuvering products.

1-3 years of sales experience in a luxury retail service environment.

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Base pay range from $15.00 to $17.00 per hour.
