- Uphold Coach’s Service and Selling Models to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Create positive first impressions and build ongoing customer relationships through personalized experiences.
- Develop and implement sales strategies in collaboration with the management team to achieve personal and store performance goals.
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, demonstrating the brand's values and style.
- Stay informed about local market changes and support the execution of local sales strategies.
- Utilize cross-selling techniques to enhance customer shopping experiences and drive sales.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and backroom in accordance with Coach standards.

- 1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape.
- Strong customer focus and ability to build lasting relationships.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well with diverse teams.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
- Proficiency in using cash register systems and basic computer skills.
- Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting and maneuvering products.
1-3 years of sales experience in a luxury retail service environment.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Base pay range from $15.00 to $17.00 per hour.
