Coach Sales Associate

- Drive sales through engagement with customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
- Maintain an awareness of all promotions and advertisements.
- Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping.
- Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise and monitoring floor stock.
- Aid customers in locating merchandise.
- Communicate customer requests to management.
- Participate in year-end inventory and cycle counts.
- Assist in ringing up sales at registers and/or bagging merchandise.
- Previous retail experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a retail environment is preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
